Cancellation and Refund Conditions
- Congress secretary (Aress Tourism and Travel) should be notified in written for all registration cancellations.
- For cancellations made until April 19th, 2024, 50 % of the registration fee will be fully refunded
- After April 20, 2024, there will be no cancellation - refund process, name change will be accepted.
